Eastgate is a family housing apartment complex and community for students attending Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and their spouses or partners and children. We're located on the east edge of the MIT campus. This purpose of this website is to provide information for current residents about the building, upcoming events & activities, and the resources of Eastgate and the MIT community. Headlines Tandem available The Eastgate Bike rental program now has a tandem available! Wellness Shuttle - Whole Foods and Trader Joe's The MIT Parking and Transportation Office will once again operate the Wellness Shuttle to transport MIT students to and from Trader Joe’s and the Whole Foods Market. This service will operate on the Saturdays listed below, beginning on November 7, 2009 and ending on March 27, 2010:
H1N1 Flu Information The Institute’s preparations for flu season include not just medical and academic assistance, but the full support of the Division of Student Life (DSL). If you get the flu, the offices in DSL are here to make sure you get the assistance you need.
