Resident-Organized Events

Are you interested in organizing an event open to the entire Eastgate community? If so, you may be able to receive ECA-sponsorship for your event in the form of free or reduced lounge rental, advanced reservations, financial contribution, and/or assistance with organization and advertising.

If you would like to apply for ECA sponsorship, please read the Guidelines for Resident-Organized ECA-Sponsored Events before proceeding. If you agree to abide by the guidelines, please fill out the form below at least one month prior to your event and your application will be reviewed by the ECA Executive Committee.
