Complaints

Please use this form to report complaints about MIT projects occurring in or near Eastgate. If you are experiencing a maintenance issue, do not use this form - instead, you should submit a maintenance request. If you wish to report excessive noise earlier than 7am on weekdays or 9am on weekends/holidays, please call the Cambridge Police non-emergency line (617-349-3300) in addition to completing this form. The information you provide will be acted upon by the Residential Life Associate or Eastgate Building Manager, depending on the nature of the complaint.
